   A "WOW!" From a "Returning Low Carber!"    

Dr. Bill,

I would like to tell you WOW!!!! How's that for literary babbling. Of all the words, that was the first one that came to mind. I know you're a Ph.D. and all, but that's what I thought about your website. I had started low-carbing about 4 years ago. I lost 45 pounds and felt great. I suffer from Irritable Bowel Disorder and it helped me better than any medication. It took away the bloating and I started having regular bowel movements. Well, once my doctor saw how much weight I had lost in a very short time, he wanted to know how I did it. When I told him, he wasn't very happy with me. He told me it wasn't healthy for me and to stop. So I did, and gained back 15 pounds and all my Irritable Bowel symptoms came back. Well I tried to do all the other diets and nothing worked.

I was just at the doctors on Thursday and I told him how horrible I feel, and the only thing I've changed has been the foods I eat. So I decided, it's back to the Low-Carb Lifestyle for me. 

I'm just amazed at all the new sites. When I started, there wasn't much out there. I ate everything without the bun. No ice cream, just frozen cool whip. Sugar-free whatever I could get my hands on. Lots of green beans and salads. Forget about the snacks, because they just weren't there. I did finally find the KetoŽ products and La Tortilla" tortillas, but not much else. 

When I saw your website, I was floored! I can't believe all the products now. I can't think of where to re-begin. Any suggestions would be great. I did request a catalog and can't wait to get it.  I'm so excited that you've had such great success of your own. Keep it up. 

Once again, I just want to thank you for this website. I can't wait to put in my first order!

   A Trail Map for Low Carbing!

This (web) site is like a trail map to me in my low-carb adventure.  I have made many attempts at this change of lifestyle, but I always drop out after a few days because I miss the sugar!  With your products (particularly the frozen treat - ice cream is my weakness) I feel I will be able to really succeed!  And I ordered the Carb Block this time as insurance.  Maybe knowing I can indulge will kill the temptation!
