1 package cream cheese (8
oz)
1 stick butter
3/4 c
Splenda® Granular
1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla
Allow cheese and butter to soften. Mix with mixer.
Serving: Eat as is, with a spoon.
Or, use as an icing (can be thinned down).
Or, use a melon baller to make little (or not so little!)
balls and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
You can also melt a few squares of
Pure De-Lite® chocolate and
drizzle over the balls (with or without nuts). Refrigerate.
